Inside Sales Supervisor

Priority1 is a growing technology and logistics company that is looking to promote an Inside Sales Supervisor to hire, train, and develop Inside Sales Representatives here in Tempe, AZ. This is a great opportunity for a goal-oriented sales leader to transform our business from a logistics company into a technology-focused company to capitalize on the growth potential of our business.

• Help develop a high-performance sales team
• Hire, train, mentor, and coach staff
• Provide organization and leadership to the sales channels
• Meet and exceed goals for new business
• Generate and manage leads for sales reps
• Facilitate calls to help sales reps close deals and problem solve
• Participate in sales meetings and conference calls to give updates on sales targets and sales forecasts
• Work with sales management on forecasts and goals

• $60,000 base salary, plus commissions

• At least 1 year of freight sales experience preferred
• Prior documented success selling logistics services in a sales environment
• Strong oral and written communication skills coupled with the interpersonal skills needed in a fast-paced, team-centered environment
• A truly hands-on individual who enjoys being part of a team environment, working well within one and is solution-driven
• Ability to work independently, knowing what needs to be done and able to effectively make that happen
• Ability to partner and communicate with management to refine systems and implement best practices
• General business and financial acumen
• Must relocate to Tempe, Arizona
• A strong desire to operate and grow a business
