Responsibilities Design and architect scalable, secure voice, video, wireless, and data communication networks. Lead development of high‑level and low‑level network designs (HLD/LLD). Deploy and integrate Cisco‑based enterprise and data center solutions. Configure and support advanced routing protocols and technologies, including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, VXLAN, and EVPN. Serve as trusted technical advisor to stakeholders and senior leadership, translating complex technical requirements into actionable strategies and architectures. Collaborate across multiple technical disciplines, including security, cloud, and DevOps. Operate effectively in a fast‑paced environment, managing competing priorities. Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues, performing root cause analysis. Identify and implement performance, reliability, and security improvements. Develop automation solutions using Python, Ansible, or similar tools. Qualifications Education: Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science (or equivalent experience). Experience: 10+ years of related experience. Required Technical Skills: Routing & switching (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP); LAN/WAN architecture and deployment; network monitoring and performance tools (SolarWinds, NetFlow, Wireshark); firewalls, VPNs, QoS, load balancers; Cisco platforms (Catalyst, Nexus, NGFW, ACI, Meraki). Certifications: CCNP or CCNA required, CCIE preferred. Preferred Skills: SDN, Cisco Catalyst Center, ISE, Intersight Cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP); network automation using Python, REST APIs, Ansible, Terraform; Zero Trust principles and security best practices; data center technologies (VXLAN, EVPN, ACI). Security Clearance: TS/SCI required. Citizenship: U.S. citizenship required. Location: On customer site. Travel: Less than 10%. Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to engage with senior leadership and influence decisions. Advanced problem‑solving and analytical skills.
