Southern National Roofing is hiring Inside Sales Representatives to work out of our Charlotte call center. This is a phone-based role supporting our outside sales teams by engaging homeowners, handling inbound and outbound calls, and setting qualified appointments. This is a full-time, in-office position based at our Charlotte, NC office. Remote or hybrid work is not available. 40 hours per week Shifts scheduled between: MondayFriday: 9:00am
9:00pm Saturday: 8:30am
5:00pm No Sundays Compensation
$30,000
$75,000 per year Paid as an hourly rate plus commission Strong performers typically land in the $50K$75K range once established What You'll Do
