What You'll Do:
Provide high-quality nursing care to medical-surgical patients on a night shift schedule Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care Delegate tasks appropriately to licensed and ancillary team members Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members Document patient information accurately and thoroughly Maintain compliance with all regulatory, safety, and infection control standards Support patient education and discharge planning as needed
What You Need:
Required:
Current RN license in the state of practice BLS certification from the American Heart Association 2+ years of clinical nursing experience in medical-surgical settings
Preferred:
Certification in a clinical specialty area Proficiency with hospital software and electronic health records Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills
