Prepare operating rooms by gowning, gloving, and organizing surgical equipment. Assist surgeons and nursing staff during surgical procedures. Ensure sterile techniques and infection control protocols are followed. Maintain accurate documentation of surgical supplies and procedures. Respond quickly to surgeon requests and assist in the setup of surgical instruments. Monitor and support patient safety throughout the surgical process. Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program. Current certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST). Minimum of 1 year of experience in a surgical setting. Proven knowledge of surgical procedures, tools, and sterilization techniques. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
