Occupational Therapy licensure in the state of practice: Required Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQI BLS) certification: Required Experience in Adult Acute Rehab, Neuro, ICU, and Cardiovascular settings is preferred Experience with Epic; Cerner experience is a plus
