You own the full sales process, from first outreach through signed agreement./ppYou will prospect, qualify, run discovery, build proposals, and close. You will be the face of infinIT in every early-stage client conversation, and how you show up matters./ppThis is a hunter role. If you are most comfortable managing existing relationships, this is probably not the right fit./ppThis is also a consultative sale. You will be working with business owners and operators who are often dealing with IT challenges, risk, or uncertainty. Your ability to build trust, ask the right questions, and guide them to the right solution is critical./ph3Compensation/h3ulliBase salary + commission structure with on-target earnings between $85,000 and $150,000+/liliCommission tied to new business revenue/liliTypical deal sizes and sales cycles will be discussed during the interview process/li/ulpWe believe strong salespeople should be rewarded for performance and given a clear path to earning./ph3What Success Looks Like/h3pYou are consistently generating qualified opportunities through outbound effort and referrals/ppYour pipeline is real, not inflated, not stale/ppProspects feel like they are talking to a trusted advisor, not a vendor/ppYou forecast accurately and deliver on what you commit to/ppYou close new business and hand it off cleanly to the service team/ppYou represent infinIT with professionalism and genuine care/ph3In Your First 6090 Days:/h3ulliYou are building consistent pipeline through outbound activity/liliYou are running discovery conversations with confidence/liliYou are progressing opportunities toward your first closed deals/li/ulh3What Youll Be Doing/h3pProspect for new business through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and partner relationships/ppQualify and run discovery with business owners and executives/ppManage your pipeline and CRM with accuracy and discipline/ppBuild and present proposals for managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, and infrastructure solutions/ppClose new business and coordinate a clean handoff to the service team/ppProvide honest weekly pipeline updates to leadership/ph3What Were Looking For/h3pstrongRequired:/strong/ppProven track record in IT or technology sales in a hunter or new business development role/ppExperience selling managed services, cybersecurity, cloud, or related solutions/ppStrong communication skills and the ability to build credibility with business decision-makers/ppDisciplined pipeline and CRM management/ppstrongEqually Important:/strong/ppGenuine curiosity about the businesses you sell to/ppCoachable, you want to get better and are open to feedback/ppCompetitive drive that does not need a spotlight/ppAbility to lead consultative, trust-based conversations rather than transactional sales/ph3Work Environment And Expectations/h3pOn-site role based in Cleveland, OH with regular local travel for client meetings/ppThis is a self-directed role with clear expectations around activity and outcomes.
