Sales Development Representative
Super.AI is revolutionizing the way businesses process documents with our industry-leading Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) platform. We're searching for a driven and results-oriented Sales Development Representative to play a key role in generating pipeline, engaging high-potential prospects, and creating qualified opportunities for our sales team.
Responsibilities
- Embody a research-first, personalized approach to prospecting and selling.
- Identify, research, and engage decision-makers via cold calls, personalized emails, social engagement, and other outreach channels.
- Convey Super.AI's value proposition clearly and effectively to address each prospect's needs.
- Convert qualified leads into scheduled product demos with Account Executives.
- Collaborate with the extended GTM team to execute targeted account-based campaigns.
- Experience with prospecting tools such as sequencing applications, B2B data providers, parallel dialers, and other sales automation tools.
- Share best practices and learn from peers to continuously improve results.
- Participate in weekly one-on-ones and skill development sessions to accelerate growth.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily, monthly, and quarterly activity and pipeline generation targets.

You are the ideal candidate if you have
- Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) or equivalent life/work experience.
- 13 years in sales development, business development, or a similar outbound role (B2B SaaS preferred).
- Proven record of achievement and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills with the ability to connect quickly.
- Strong organizational skills and familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools.
- Creative, resourceful, and able to think outside the box when engaging prospects.
- High level of empathy and professionalismit's as important with your peers as it is with prospects.
- Based in Denver, CO area with the ability to work a hybrid in office/remote schedule
