Design and manage an IT Roadmap that increases the company's efficiencies and capabilities. Advance system optimization and process automation by developing and managing the Company's technology infrastructure, including enterprise information systems, IT support, software applications, and automation platforms, to support scalable growth. Establish and oversee a secure, reliable, and resilient IT environment, ensuring systems availability, data integrity, cybersecurity controls, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. Define and execute the strategic direction of the Company's information systems (IS), aligning technology capabilities with evolving business and operational needs. Lead the implementation and effective utilization of a modern data stack, enabling improved reporting, decision-making, and performance management. Drive efficiency and performance through AI-enabled and technology-driven automation, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and enhance service delivery across the organization. Lead cross-functional systems analysis and solution design efforts, including feasibility evaluations, vendor selection, system integrations, and implementation of enterprise information systems, communication platforms, and workflow automation tools. Oversee the technology initiatives, resource planning, timelines, and successful execution of projects. Develop and maintain IT policies, standards, and governance frameworks that support departmental objectives, strengthen controls, and enable consistent, scalable execution. Education and Experience: 4-year degree in a related field. 7+ years of experience in a technical role required, with significant leadership experience preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Thorough understanding of IS policies and procedures. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically. Must be willing and able to travel, as needed.
