À propos

*About Us*
Collaborative Conveyancing is an ambitious legal technology company founded in 2021 to support conveyancers in the residential property sector. Conveyancers are lawyers who represent buyers and sellers during property sales, and a growing challenge is the heavy volume of manual work involved in managing enquiries and client communications.
We address this by developing innovative tools powered by Machine Learning and AI. Our flagship product, *Enquiry Manager*, helps conveyancers handle additional enquiries more efficiently and accurately. Building on this success, we have expanded into *Voice AI*, creating intelligent voice agents that generate quotes, provide client updates, and capture feedback on behalf of law firms.
Backed by Innovate UK and working with some of the UK’s most forward-thinking firms, we transform the conveyancing process through AI-driven products that save time, reduce stress, and deliver better client experiences.
*The Role*
As Junior Product Manager, you’ll take ownership of a product area that’s at the very forefront of legal technology. Our Voice AI agents are transforming how law firms interact with clients, from quoting and onboarding to case updates and feedback. Your role will be to make sure these agents don’t just “work” they delight users, deliver value to firms, and keep improving over time.
Day-to-day, you’ll spend time crafting the actual words our AI agents use, designing natural, human-like conversations that feel supportive and trustworthy. You’ll also be responsible for setting up the actions that happen behind the scenes, connecting our agents to other tools and systems using Zapier, APIs, and webhooks.
A big part of your role will involve testing: running through different scenarios, spotting where conversations could break down, and making improvements. You’ll also work closely with current and prospective clients, gathering their requirements, explaining what the technology can and can’t do, and making sure expectations are clear and managed.
This is a hands-on, practical role where you’ll learn how a product comes to life and grows. You’ll collaborate with everyone in the team, while also having direct input into the product roadmap. As you gain experience, you’ll become the go-to person for our Voice AI product line, driving it forward and helping to shape the future of AI in the legal sector.
