Summary of Job Duties:
Overall management/oversight of entire MDS process Proactively monitor and develop methods to increase overall scores Use Quality Indicators effectively as a tool to address areas of concern by evaluation and initiation of policies, procedures, and programs Promote positive public relations for the organization Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem solving skills are crucial Assist, as needed, with medical records maintenance and retrieval Requirements Required/Preferred Education and Experience: Graduation from a State accredited school of Professional Nursing with a current, valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Indiana (required) 1(+) year's experience with MDS reporting (required) 2(+) years' experience in a long-term care facility (preferred)
