RN Operating Room Mon-Fri 10:30a-7pm with weekend on-call rotation APPLICATION MUST BE FILLED OUT ENTIRELY TO BE CONSIDERED FOR INTERVIEW PROCESS Scope of Responsibility Registered Nurses are to provide assessment and planning for individualized patient care. Communicates with physicians, Unit Directors and co-workers as appropriate in regard to changes in patients condition or response to treatment. Performs general nursing duties in all acute care and out-patient settings with minimal supervision. Participates in performance improvement activities and core measure compliance. Responsible to the Executive Director of Perioperative Services Education
Associate Degree Nurse or Bachelor of Science Nursing
Training and Experience
Current licensure with the Texas Board of Nurse Examiners Obtains and maintains American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Provider Obtains and maintains ACLS within 6 months of employment Obtains and maintains PALS within 6 months of employment 1 year previous experience preferred
