Key Responsibilities
Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality targets are metReview plans and specifications for accuracy and constructabilityDevelop and manage project schedules and coordinate subcontractorsWrite and manage subcontracts, including scope of work and cost code alignmentParticipate in estimating efforts, including takeoffs and preconstruction planning
Requirements
Proven experience leading construction projects from start to finish as a Project ManagerAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsExperience writing subcontracts and managing cost codesExposure to estimating, scheduling, and project planningProficiency in Procore or RedTeam (RedTeam preferred)
