Job Description
A well-established South Florida general contractor is seeking a strong Project Manager to lead a ground-up project in Miami. This is a high-priority hire for an upcoming project mobilizing next month.About the CompanyWe are a privately held general contractor and construction management firm with a strong presence across South Florida. Compensation
Base Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 (flexible for top candidates)
What You'll Do
Lead all aspects of project execution from preconstruction through closeoutManage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationshipsCoordinate with internal teams and field leadershipEnsure quality, safety, and schedule adherenceTake full ownership of project delivery

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
