Utilize advanced radiographic and CT techniques to procure high-quality diagnostic images for physician analysis Work collaboratively with radiologists and a multidisciplinary care team to facilitate accurate diagnoses Skillfully position patients and calibrate imaging equipment to achieve the best possible results Adhere to radiation safety protocols to ensure safety for both patients and staff Maintain meticulous records, including imaging logs and equipment upkeep Deliver compassionate care to patients throughout the imaging experience Contribute to a safe, efficient, and organized imaging environment Education Requirements
Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology required; Bachelor's Degree is advantageous Completion of a recognized radiology program Certifications Needed
ARRT certification (in CT and/or Radiography) Valid BLS certification or capacity to obtain it within 90 days of employment Essential Skills
Mastery of diagnostic imaging protocols and safety regulations Exceptional communication ability with patients and healthcare professionals Aptitude for working in fast-paced settings and swiftly adapting to evolving circumstances Detail-oriented approach with a strong sense of responsibility Technological proficiency with PACS, RIS, and state-of-the-art imaging software What Awaits You
