Client Onboarding: Serve as the primary contact during setup to ensure a premium client experience. Pipeline Mastery: Maintain an organized CRM (we train you!) so every potential lead is maximized.
What We're Looking For
Tech Intuition: No CS degree required, but you must master Windows/Mac, Wi-Fi, and hardware basics. Retail repair or floor experience is ideal. Communication: You translate "Tech-Speak" into plain English so clients feel empowered, not confused. Ambition: You are ready to pivot from retail to professional B2B sales.
