Physical Therapist

FOX Rehabilitation seeks a Physical Therapist passionate about geriatric care to join our clinician-owned practice. In this field-based role, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, design and deliver evidence-based treatment plans, and focus on functional outcomes that maximize older adults’ safety, mobility, and independence. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and caregivers, document in EMR, and engage in ongoing professional development in a culture centered on clinical excellence and respect.
