Solution Architect Preston / Frimley (Flexible) 12-Month Contract – Potential Extension Predominantly Remote (occasional onsite visits required) ⏰ 37 Hours Per Week £497.77 Per Day PAYE or £672.74 via umbrella (inside IR35)
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join a leading IM&T function, supporting the design and delivery of enterprise IT solutions across multiple business-critical projects.
Working closely with Project Managers, technical teams and stakeholders, you will define robust, scalable and cost-effective solution architectures aligned to business objectives and enterprise standards.
Key Responsibilities Define end-to-end solution architectures and technical designs Capture “as-is” and “to-be” application, data and technology architectures Provide technical leadership across development and test teams Ensure solutions meet governance, compliance and architectural standards Engage with stakeholders, customers and suppliers to gather requirements and support delivery Support project planning, risk management and continuous improvement initiatives About You Proven experience delivering enterprise IM&T / IT solutions Strong knowledge of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF Experience with business and systems analysis
