• Ensuring a first-class customer service experience for our guests
• Managing the service team to guarantee smooth operations in the restaurant (max. 120 guests) and on the rooftop terrace (max. 80 guests)
• Planning, organizing, and executing various events at the highest level
• Responsibility for ordering and storing food and beverages
• Ensuring effective communication for seamless overall operations

• Experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry

• Fluent in German and English; French is an advantage
