Fox Auto Team is hiring a Business Development / Internet Director to drive online sales performance, lead generation conversion, and customer engagement across our dealerships, Toyota, Lexus, and Acura. This role is responsible for owning the full internet sales process—from lead response to showroom traffic to sold units—while developing and managing a high-performing BDC team. We are looking for a results-driven leader with dealership experience who can create accountability, improve processes, and maximize every opportunity.
