Designing and developing backend API and database services, the full-time Senior Backend Software Developer will work primarily remotely with occasional office visits in Coimbra, focusing on building and maintaining cloud-hosted PBX platforms while driving system performance improvements. Key responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain backend services for cloud-hosted PBX platforms Contribute to architecture decisions regarding functionality, scalability, and reliability Debug and resolve complex issues in production and pre-production environments
Required qualifications
5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on backend Recent development experience in Python Strong understanding of HTTP/HTTPS and API design Proficient in SQL and relational database management Experience with CI/CD practices and test automation
