divh2Sales Associate/h2pCaviness Beef Packers is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Associate for our Corporate Office in downtown Amarillo. This internal opportunity is ideal for an individual who understands our products and processes and is looking to grow within a fast-paced wholesale beef distribution environment. This role focuses on building and managing customer relationships across retailers and foodservice operators, with a strong emphasis on product knowledge, specifications, and internal process understanding. Success in this role is driven by the ability to execute, communicate, and support customers through a deep understanding of our operations./ppKey Responsibilities:/pulliBuild and maintain strong customer relationships/liliSell beef products using detailed product and specification knowledge/liliServe as a resource on cuts, specs, yields, and program offerings/liliManage accounts, including order entry, follow-up, and issue resolution/liliAct as a key link between customers, production, and logistics to ensure execution/liliTake ownership of orders from entry through delivery to ensure accuracy and timeliness/liliCoordinate with operations, production scheduling, and logistics to ensure fulfillment/liliAlign customer demand with production capabilities and inventory/liliIdentify opportunities to grow accounts through service and product knowledge/li/ulpRequirements and Qualifications:/pulliHigh School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree preferred/liliExperience in beef sales or related field preferred/liliStrong knowledge of beef cuts, specifications, and Caviness processes preferred/liliUnderstanding of production flow, scheduling, and product capabilities is a plus/liliFamiliarity with internal systems, order flow, and plant communication processes preferred/liliStrong communication, organization, and multitasking skills/liliIdeal for candidates with experience in operations, production, or scheduling looking to transition into a sales role/li/ul/div
