Someone who sees a neighborhood as opportunity. Someone who prefers shaking hands over sitting behind a desk. As a Roofing Sales Representative, you’ll take full ownership of generating your own leads, building your book of business, and guiding homeowners through the roofing process. No waiting on company-fed leads. No hand-holding. Just high-income potential for someone who wants it. If you’re driven, competitive, and ready to earn real commission income, this is your shot. What You’ll Do Generate your own leads through door-to-door outreach, community events, networking, and referrals
Inspect roofs, identify storm or age-related damage, and educate homeowners on next steps
Present repair or replacement options and close contracts
Assist homeowners with insurance-claim processes when applicable
Build, manage, and maintain a personal pipeline of prospects
Represent the company with professionalism, confidence, and energy
Become a trusted expert in your territory and local communities
What We’re Looking For A self-starter with a hunter mentality—no fear of knocking doors Strong communication skills and confidence in face-to-face interactions
Previous sales or D2D experience is a strong plus, but not required
Ability to learn quickly, stay motivated, and work independently
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel locally
