VCA All Animal Hospital of Orange Park is seeking an Experienced Veterinary Assistant to join our General Practice team full time!

Veterinary Assistant Duties
- Anesthesia induction, monitoring, and recovery
- Collecting patient histories and assisting with physical exams
- Venipuncture and IV catheter placement
- Laboratory sample collection and processing
- IV, IM, and Subcutaneous medication administration
- Client education and counseling
- Working collaboratively with veterinarians and all hospital departments
- Providing compassionate, high-quality nursing care to all patients
MondayFriday: 8:00 AM 6:00 PM Rotating Saturdays: 8:00 AM 12:00 PM Flexible scheduling available
Compensation$17 $26 per hour, based on skill set, experience, and licensure status
- $17 $20/hr for Veterinary Assistant (VA)
- $20 $26/hr for Credentialed Veterinary Technician (CVT)
