About
PWR Staffing is seeking a Network Engineer to join our client. The Network Engineer is responsible for building, scaling, and maintaining the enterprise campus and cloud network infrastructure. Focuses on Aruba wireless systems, SD-WAN, Palo Alto Prisma Access, and Zero Trust security frameworks in a high-growth environment.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Design, deploy, and manage Aruba wireless networks
* Optimize Wi-Fi performance, RF coverage, roaming, and interference mitigation
* Support Wi-Fi standards (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax)
* Configure and maintain SD-WAN and Palo Alto Prisma Access
* Monitor network performance and troubleshoot outages
* Support WAN, VPN, routing, switching, VLANs, and enterprise networking
* Implement Zero Trust security architecture and compliance standards
* Contribute to network automation and infrastructure scaling
* Improve observability, reliability, and incident response (SRE functions)
* Collaborate with corporate engineering and cloud teams
*Requirements:*
* 5+ years of hands-on Aruba wireless experience required
* Deep knowledge of RF principles, antenna theory, and Wi-Fi standards required
* 5+ years of experience with SD-WAN and Palo Alto Prisma Access required
* Solid understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs
* 3+ years of experience in enterprise/corporate network environments
* Knowledge of network monitoring and troubleshooting tools
* Understanding of Zero Trust security models
* Exposure to network automation (scripting or tooling preferred)
* Strong troubleshooting and incident response skills

Pay: $42.00 - $98.00 per hour
