We are partnering with a growing, relationship-driven SaaS company that serves the property management industry across North America. Unlike many high-growth tech organizations, this company has built its reputation through long-term client relationships, strong service, and steady organic growth, without private equity or venture capital backing.
As the company continues expanding its U.S. sales presence, they are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative who wants more than just another SDR seat. This is an opportunity to help build territory growth, gain exposure to enterprise-level sales conversations, and grow into a future Territory Sales Manager role.
If you enjoy outbound prospecting, opening doors, building relationships, and creating opportunities from scratch, this could be an excellent fit.
What You'll Be Doing- Drive new business opportunities through outbound prospecting efforts including calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and industry engagement
- Identify and qualify prospective clients within the property management and real estate ecosystem
- Schedule discovery calls, demos, and qualified meetings for senior sales leadership
- Represent the company professionally at conferences, trade shows, and industry events
- Maintain accurate pipeline activity and CRM documentation
- Work closely with sales leadership to help shape territory strategy and support U.S. market growth
- 14+ years of outbound sales, business development, SDR/BDR, or related sales experience
- Comfortable making outbound calls and building pipeline proactively
- Self-motivated, competitive, and driven by results
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage decision-makers and represent the company externally
- Someone who thrives in a high-autonomy environment and enjoys helping build something
- Experience in SaaS, property management, real estate technology, financial services, payments, insurance, collections, staffing, telecom, or other relationship-focused B2B industries is a plus

- Base salary approximately $70,000$90,000 depending on experience
- Uncapped commission structure with realistic OTE potential of $130,000+
