*Job Overview*
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Manager to join Jeevy Fabrication. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project manage shop builds. This includes estimations, account management, client communication, procurement, and working with the shop floor.
*Responsibilities*
* Conduct quantity take-offs, pricing analysis, and value engineering to optimize project budgets
* Procure materials and track job processing
* Monitor project costs throughout the build process
* Work with shop to debug problems and deliver the product
*Qualifications*
* Proven experience in project management in a shop environment.
* Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate quantity take-offs and cost analysis.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $35,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
