Hourly Rate: Starting at $45 Â
This is a full time hourly remote position. Hours will be scheduled based on client needs and your availability within this limit. The minimum availability requirement for this role is five weekdays of availability in at least two time-blocks (8am-12pm, 12pm-3pm, or 3pm-7pm). Your caseload will be assigned in partnership with Regional Clinical Directors and/or the Senior Managing Director, ABA Client Intake, Admissions, and Planning.   Â
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- State licensure as a behavior analyst (if applicable in your state)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing ABA therapy to individuals with autism
- Proficiency in various assessment tools and ABA methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities

Position Overview:Â
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a full-time hourly remote BCBA. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing behavior analytic services for clients with autism and related disorders. The role requires occasional travel to client locations, supervision sites, and team meetings as neededÂ
Reports to: Regional Clinical DirectorÂ
Key Responsibilities:Â
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plansÂ
- Implement and oversee ABA therapy programsÂ
- Provide remote supervision and consultation services to clients and their familiesÂ
- Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support staffÂ
- Collect and analyze data to monitor client progressÂ
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionalsÂ
- Maintain accurate and timely documentationÂ
- Participate in team meetings and case reviewsÂ
- Stay current with the latest research and best practices in ABA therapyÂ
- Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory requirementsÂ
- Travel to client homes, schools, or clinical sites as needed (approximately 20-30% travel requirement)Â Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systemsÂ
