About

Supporting various Sales Engineering Managers and Sales Engineers in the US market, the full-time Inside Sales Engineer will focus on pre-sales engagements, including POCs and demos, while performing documentation and technical research remotely. Key responsibilities
Assist Sales Engineering teams with pre-sales activities, including POCs, demos, and documentation Conduct technical research and gather requirements for sales engagements Support customer-facing roles by delivering technical demos and pilots of cybersecurity solutions
Required qualifications
5+ years of experience in Technical Support or data recovery and backup solutions, with knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and GCP Hands-on troubleshooting knowledge in networking, storage systems, hypervisors, and container solutions Prior experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in delivering technical demos and pilots Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with proficiency in PowerPoint presentations Relevant industry certifications in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.) are preferred
