Description: En tant que conseiller(-re) en actuariat - gestion des risques, vous jouez un rle cl dans le dveloppement, lvolution et la mise en uvre du cadre de gestion intgre des risques lis lassurance de dommages.
En collaboration avec lactuariat corporatif et les quipes de la viceprsidence excutive assurance de dommages, vous veillez ce que les risques soient adquatement mesurs et grs selon lapptit au risque, soutenant ainsi la solidit financire et la stratgie de Beneva.
Vous contribuez aux travaux lis la solvabilit, notamment au processus ORSA, aux simulations de crise et aux cibles de capital, et vous prparez les analyses utilises par les instances dcisionnelles, incluant le comit des risques financiers, la haute direction et le Conseil dadministration.
Responsabilités
Contribuer lvolution et la ralisation du processus ORSA
Mener le processus dattestation du Test du capital minimal (TCM)
Dvelopper et faire voluer les outils didentification, dvaluation et de suivi des risques, dont le modle de capital interne
Coordonner les simulations de crise et synthtiser leurs rsultats pour les instances
Effectuer des analyses rcurrentes ou ponctuelles pour clarer les dcisions stratgiques
Participer la rvision de lapptit au risque, lidentification et au suivi des indicateurs de risques
Assurer lvolution de lapptit pour lassurance de dommages et la modlisation des indicateurs, incluant leur intgration dans la stratgie de rassurance
Produire les rapports et tableaux de bord destins la haute direction et au Conseil dadministration
Contribuer la rdaction des politiques, directives et procdures
Collaborer la validation des modles dans le cadre de la gestion du risque de modle
Participer aux travaux lis la gestion du risque climatique
Offrir un soutien aux autres domaines de risques financiers (march, crdit, liquidit), au besoin
Se tenir jour sur les meilleures pratiques et mthodes en gestion des risques
Talents et qualifications
Baccalauraten actuariat
Titre de FCAS, FICA, CFA ou FRM,un atout
Minimum de7ans dexprience pertinente en gestion des risques au sein dune quipe de2e ligne de dfense,en actuariat corporatif,en modlisationfinancire et actuarielle,ou dans un domaine connexe
Connaissance doutils quantitatifs et de modlisation (Excel, VBA, SAS, R, Python, Power BI)
Maitrise de la langue franaise, tant loral qu lcrit, ainsi quune maitrise avance de la langue anglaise, tant loral qu lcrit, en raison de la nature des tches ou dinteractions avec des collgues, partenaires, clients ou fournisseurs anglophones, ou afin de rpondre aux objectifs de croissance de lentreprise.
