If you have strong interpersonal skills, a passion for building relationships, and a commitment to exceptional service, we'd love to hear from you! This position offers flexibility with the option to work remotely. Because we value in-person collaboration for training, team building, and strategic meetings, qualified candidates must live within reasonable traveling distance to one of our VT or NH locations.
What You Bring:
- Prior industry exposure
- An active Property & Casualty License
- A strong sense of integrity, professionalism, and reliability
- A team-oriented mindset and high level of self-motivation
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
