Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Alturas, CA Specialty: CNA Skilled Nursing Position Type: Travel Contract Length: 13 weeks Pay: $912 - $1099 | Shift: Rotating Are you a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant looking to make a meaningful impact in a skilled nursing facility? Do you excel in providing personalized care and thrive in a collaborative environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our healthcare partner in Alturas, CA. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering individualized care to residents, working closely with nursing staff, families, and other departments to ensure the highest quality of care. Your ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team will be essential in this role. Responsibilities include:
Receiving and giving reports on residents' conditions to ensure understanding of care to be provided Making rounds on each resident and assessing new or ill residents Documenting assessments according to facility policy Notifying nurses of any changes in residents' conditions or needs Assisting with direct patient care and ensuring prompt response to call lights Promoting positive relationships with co-workers, residents, families, and physicians Performing other duties as assigned Requirements: Must have a California CNA license Good communication skills and teamwork ability Need 1 year experience in setting Apply today and let Capstone Health help you reach your full potential!
