DESCRIPTION
Personne qui évalue l’état nutritionnel, détermine et assure la mise en œuvre d’une stratégie d’intervention visant ? adapter l’alimentation en fonction des besoins pour maintenir ou rétablir la santé.
Elle participe à l’enseignement clinique.
EXIGENCES
Éducation:
• Détenir un baccalauréat en diététique ou en nutrition ;
• Membre de l'Ordre des diététistes nutritionnistes du Québec ;
Expérience:
• Deux ans d'expérience pertinente est un atout;
• Expérience avec les Premières nations ou avec un travail interculturel est un atout;
Connaissances et habiletés:
• Bonne connaissance de la théorie et de la pratique de la nutrition, des tendances actuelles, du réseau MSSS et des réglementations;
• Compétences cliniques variées: santé communautaire, soins à domicile, gériatrie, pédiatrie;
• Connaissance de la culture et de la langue cries et des problèmes sociaux / de santé à Eeyou Istchee est un atout;
• La connaissance des pratiques et paradigmes de guérison Eenou / Eeyou Miyupimaatisiiun est un atout;
• Capacité dans les applications informatiques de bureau;
• Bon dossier professionnel dans le conseil en nutrition et les programmes de prévention / promotion;
• Excellente communication interpersonnelle et à l'écoute, et aptitudes au travail d'équipe;
• Intérêt à partager les connaissances et la formation avec d'autres travailleurs;
• Autonome, flexible et discret
• Excellentes capacités de réflexion critique, de synthèse, d'organisation et de prise de décision;
Langue:
• Maîtrise de l’anglais;
• Maîtrise du Cri ou du français est un atout.
Autres :
• Être disposé(e) à voyager occasionnellement dans les différentes communautés;
• Possibilité de travailler occasionnellement en dehors des heures habituelles du travail pour mettre en œuvre des ateliers et activités de nutrition;
