Job Description
Design Tailored Therapy Plans: Assess patients' requirements and formulate bespoke treatment strategies to support their functional ambitions Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methods to boost patients' motor skills, cognitive function, and daily living activities Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to ensure all-encompassing, patient-centered care Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their caregivers on therapeutic practices that encourage continued improvement at home Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical results and tailor treatment approaches as necessary, ensuring patients remain on a positive trajectory Education
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Pursuit of ongoing education and additional certifications is encouraged and supported Certifications
Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory Skills
