Client Experience & Sales Associate
D1 Training Atascocita is a high-performance training facility focused on helping athletes and adults become stronger, faster, and more confident inside and outside the gym. PLEASE NOTE: This is NOT a seasonal or summer-only position. We are looking for someone interested in a long-term opportunity with growth potential. We are looking for a mature, professional, and people-focused team member to help lead the front-end experience of our facility. This role is much more than checking people in
it plays a key part in member experience, lead follow-up, relationship building, and helping create the culture and energy that make D1 different. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants to grow within a fast-paced fitness and performance environment. We are not hiring for temporary summer-only employment. Responsibilities Greet athletes, parents, and adult members professionally as they enter the facility Respond to inbound leads through phone calls, text messages, DMs and social media Assist with lead tracking, appointment confirmations, and client consultations. Support membership sales conversations and facility tours Maintain organization, professionalism, and energy at the front desk Help build strong relationships with members and families to improve retention and overall experience What We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, dependable, and emotionally mature Comfortable speaking with parents, adult members, and prospective clients Confident on phones, text conversations, and customer follow-up Organized, proactive, and coachable Able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Looking for a long-term opportunity with growth potential Preferred Experience Customer service or hospitality experience Sales, lead follow-up, or appointment setting Fitness industry experience is a plus Experience working in a professional environment preferred Part-Time Evening Position MondayThursday | 4 PM
8 PM Pay: $14$17/hour + performance bonuses Compensation: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour D1 Training is an emerging fitness franchise, that is growing rapidly. D1 Training has over 80 facilities open and 180+ in development. At D1 Training, we inspire and motivate athletes to reach their goals. At D1, we believe in training the entire body as a unit to produce optimal human performance. No gimmicks, no fads; we utilize trusted and proven training techniques used to build the world's best athletes and deliver the, in age-appropriate programs led by our expert coaches. Nothing at D1 is random. Every workout, every day follows a strategic 8-week training cycle that is meticulously planned and backed by sports science. What began as training solely for the aspiring youth athlete, matured into fitness training for adults as well. With all who participate in the D1 training process moving aggressively towards their goals.
