Who We Are Looking For: THE LASH LOUNGE at Jacksonville Beach Pablo Square (Jacksonville Beach, FL) is looking for several dynamic and professional Eyelash Extension Service Technicians for our upscale location in the Nocatee Town Center.
This candidate must possess excellent client service skills and have exceptional attention to detail. This is a perfect opportunity for experienced stylists who want to take their skills and earnings to the highest level as well as recent graduates who are interested in pursuing a career in an ever-growing industry.

As one of our salons Eyelash Extension Service Technician you will perform the following essential required functions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Thoroughly conducts client consultation prior to service application and records notes within clients chart Schedule procedures with clientsPerform daily procedures/applications of our services to scheduled clients at the highest level of quality and careLead clients through the experience process to schedule for touch-up (follow-up) appointmentsCommunicate and explain all aftercare instructions to clientsHelp to handle client concerns that arise during and after procedureResponsible for maintaining a clean and organized procedure room/work stationResponsible for inventory management reporting to senior stylist for necessary items needed at procedure room/ work stationResponsible for proper sanitization of all implements according to The Lash Lounge protocol and licensing to ensure no contamination of equipmentResponsible for sharing in general overall general cleanliness of salon, including keeping common areas picked up and organized, helping with laundry duties, picking up and taking out trash, and helping wherever asked/neededHelps promote salon and services at supplementary events, performing services upon request to help build the brandPerform semi-permanent eyelash extensions, volume eyelash extensions, temporary eyelash extensions, lash and brow tinting, eyelash perming, facial threading, makeup application, and permanent make-up procedures.Complete all of The Lash Lounge Required TrainingAll other duties as prescribed.REQUIREMENTS:
Active Florida Cosmetology/Esthetics License is REQUIREDExcellent customer service skills and ability to work professional with the publicStrong verbal communication and listening skillsComfortable at educating clients on products and services offeredGreat work ethic, well organized, and extremely detailed orientedAbility to engage and retain customersAbility to up-sell products and servicesProfessional demeanor and appearanceGreat attitude and outgoing personalityLikes to work with people and build strong relationshipsPassionate about the beauty industryForms strong working relationships within team and is considered a Team Player.Identifies additional tasks to be completed and willingly assists others.Ongoing learner; exhibits insatiable curiosity and an interest in self-improvement.Be able to perform semi-permanent eyelash extensions, volume eyelash extensions, lash and brow tinting, eyelash perming, facial threading and permanent make-up procedures.Ability to pass background checkComplete all Lash Lounge Required TrainingMust obtain blood pathogen and CPR training: Proprietary Training will be provided on all services.DESIRED:
