Starting pay $20/hr plus great benefits. Responsibilities Responsible for generating revenue by promoting sales of new and existing company products. Provide customer service, evaluate customer needs, and answer questions regarding parts, pricing, and services. Provide information on warranties, price, quality of parts, delivery times, and payment methods. Complete internal documents supporting any transaction (credits, invoices, work order and/or interchange and returns, etc.). Prospect and develop relationships with potential customers to cultivate new business. Inform customer of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed. Advise customers on substitution or modification of part when requested part is not available. Process orders – perform order entry, review orders for correct handling, pricing, quantities, and shipping data (may dispatch orders in some locations). Follow‑up with customers as needed. Assume other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements High School Diploma/GED. 1+ years of related experience. Preferred Requirements College coursework or degree. Prior automotive experience and knowledge of automotive parts. Bilingual English/Spanish. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and to draw and interpret graphs. Basic computer skills. Basic oral communication; may write brief messages and keep simple records. Ability to explain and offer guidance on routine procedures. Problem‑solving for routine tasks with clear directions and procedures. Decision making affecting own job or functional area; sets personal goals and achieves results with little or no guidance. Prioritizes assigned and routine tasks and handles them appropriately. Physical Demands and Work Environment Work is primarily sedentary: must be able to sit for extended periods of time and use a computer, keyboard, and mouse frequently. Travel may be required periodically, including overnight stays. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
