Labcorp is seeking an Accounts Receivable Applications Analyst to join our team.
Work Schedule
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
This hybrid position offers a balanced schedule of three in-office workdays at our Burlington or Durham, NC locations and two remote workdays per week, supporting both collaboration and flexibility.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for performing detailed research and evaluation of projects and assignments requiring knowledge and experience in Accounts Receivable or related background.
* Recommendations to management and initiate implementation of new procedures and processes.
* Develop management reporting using MS Excel, MS Access, and other office software.
* Collaborate with departments/business associates to analyze, understand and define business rules for department workflow and system enhancements.
* Develop detailed research and evaluation of projects and assignments requiring knowledge and experience in Accounts Receivable or related background.
Minimum Qualifications
* Associates Degree
* 3 years or more Accounts Receivable, Analytical Acumen or related experience
Preferred Qualifications
* Knowledge of accounting principles, accounts receivable calculations DSO, have/need, cash factor, and bad debt.
* Identify issues to provide recommendations and financial implications, and/or operational applications in Revenue Cycle Management
* Asses, understand, and solve complex problems by applying data analysis and critical thinking.
Additional Job Standards
* Complete research and investigation into areas not clearly defined.
* Work from Home position. A hybrid schedule of office and Work from Home is a possibility for those candidates local to Burlington, NC.

Benefits Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.
