Customer Account Sales Representative | Are you motivated by goals, energized by competition, and ready to build real-world sales skills that translate into long-term career opportunities? Dream Phoenix is hiring a Customer Account Sales Representative to join our growing Kansas City sales team. This is a customer-facing sales role focused on in-person outreach for new customer acquisition, relationship development, and closing new customers through informative conversations. No product experience required, we provide structured training so you can confidently represent what you sell. We specialize in personalized marketing solutions, and we’re looking for someone who enjoys meeting new people, learning quickly, and turning conversations into results. What You’ll Do Conduct in-person customer engagement in a retail environment to introduce mobility products and services
Build rapport and maintain lasting customer relationships
Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
Consistently work toward and exceed performance targets
Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and communication techniques
What We’re Looking For Strong communication skills and professional presence

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Coachable and eager to develop sales expertise
Sales experience helpful but not required, full training provided
