Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phoneMake outbound financial collection calls in addition to incoming calls from customers in an effort to persuade customers to make payments on past due accountsProvide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints and guiding customers through solutionsMaintain a thorough understanding of products, services and policies to effectively assist customersAccurately document customer interactions and transactions across all tools/platformsCollaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems as necessaryStrive to exceed customer satisfaction goals and performance metricsContinuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and streamline processesStay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customersAbility to work within the defined hours of operation with flexibility needed on weekends and holidaysMonday - Friday: 7 a.m. to 8 p.mRotating Saturday Shift: 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
What We Look for in a Candidate:
Must be 18 years of age or olderHigh School Diploma or equivalentAbility to remain engaged on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift with minimal to no distractions, constant sedentary workPossess computer/technology savvy with the ability to smoothly operate multiple windows and tabs, while simultaneously providing Best-In-Class Customer Experience speaking to customers over the phoneTyping Assessment requiredSuperb attendance, so you can be there when our customers need us
