Role: School Occupational Therapist (OT) Type: In-person ONLY Full-time position Pay Structure: Equal pay for direct and indirect treatment time Key Responsibilities Conduct pediatric OT evaluations and deliver school-based therapy services Collaborate with IEP teams, teachers, and special education staff Complete documentation aligned with school timelines Help students access learning and succeed through functional skill development Qualifications Master's degree in Occupational Therapy Michigan OT license (or eligible to apply) Active Fingerprint Clearance Card Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred Passion for supporting diverse learners in inclusive environments Benefits & Perks Rates: $50-60/hour W-2 employment Healthcare benefits* (medical, dental, vision) 401(k) with employer matching Paid sick leave Reimbursements for licensure, CEUs, and other professional expenses Mileage reimbursement at IRS rate Professional liability insurance coverage Referral bonuses No non-compete clauses Paid time off for volunteer hours and donation matching* *Benefits for 0.8 FTE or higher.
