This role focuses on building and maintaining a pipeline of prospective enterprise-level customers and generating qualified new business opportunities aligned with company objectives. The BDR qualifies prospective customers, develops early-stage business relationships, and coordinates the transition of new accounts to Enterprise Account Managers (EAMs) and Enterprise Customer Relationship Managers (ECRMs) for onboarding, service execution, and ongoing account management. This role is focused on new business development and does not maintain long-term ownership or management of customer accounts following transition to the enterprise teams. The BDR works closely with sales leadership and internal business partners to support pipeline growth, maintain accurate prospecting activity, and contribute to enterprise sales objectives.
