Maintenance Supervisor - Rockfon
Machines die betrouwbaar draaien en storingen voorkomen. Hoe organiseer je dat als maintenance supervisor? Je zet papier om in digitale tools, motiveert medewerkers en bouwt samen aan een efficiënte en moderne onderhoudswerking. Hoe ziet jouw rol in het team eruit?
Als maintenance supervisor bij Rockfon organiseer en stuur je alle onderhoudsactiviteiten op de site aan. Machines, installaties en faciliteiten moeten veilig en betrouwbaar blijven draaien in een technisch complexe productieomgeving. Wat vraagt vandaag directe aandacht? En waar zit de oplossing voor de lange termijn?
In de eerste maanden staat kennismaken centraal. Met de organisatie, het team en het machinepark. Stap voor stap breng je structuur aan in de werkzaamheden en verbeter je planning en werkvoorbereiding. Zo groeit de onderhoudsorganisatie naar meer rust en voorspelbaarheid. Dagelijks onderhoud volg je op - met oog voor zowel preventieve als correctieve taken. Bij storingen ligt de focus niet alleen op herstellen, maar vooral op het begrijpen en voorkomen ervan.
Leidinggeven doe je dicht bij de praktijk. Medewerkers coachen, samenwerken stimuleren en veilig werken borgen horen daarbij. De personeelsplanning blijft in balans en taken worden helder verdeeld. In afstemming met productie en engineering plan en bereid je onderhoudswerkzaamheden zorgvuldig voor, zodat de impact op het proces beperkt blijft.
Structuur aanbrengen is een belangrijk onderdeel van je rol. Technische documentatie wordt geactualiseerd en kennis vastgelegd - ook bij machines die al decennia in gebruik zijn. Daarnaast neem je het voortouw in verbeter- en veiligheidsprojecten die installaties betrouwbaarder en toekomstbestendiger maken.

Wat neem je mee?
- Afgeronde technische opleiding in mechanica, elektromechanica, elektriciteit of een verwant vakgebied, met minimaal vijf jaar leidinggevende ervaring in maintenance of technisch onderhoud.
- Technische expertise in elektrische installaties, mechanische systemen en industriële machines, inclusief kennis van preventief onderhoud.
- Verbeteringsgericht: je signaleert knelpunten, neemt initiatief en optimaliseert processen, werkwijzen en samenwerking continu.
- Structuur en overzicht: je brengt orde in een complexe onderhoudsomgeving, stelt prioriteiten, volgt resultaten op en stuurt het team aan.
- Probleemoplossend en communicatief: je maakt scherpe analyses, neemt besluiten en legt helder contact met zowel het onderhoudsteam als interne stakeholders.
