Represent BODY20 at community events and initiatives, raising awareness and excitement about our unique fitness offerings. Build and nurture relationships with local businesses and organizations to create mutually beneficial partnerships. Collaborate with your team to drive membership growth through strategic sales efforts, member onboarding, and outstanding customer service. Requirements
Sales Experience: A proven track record of selling fitness memberships, personal training sessions, or other fitness-related products and services. Exceptional Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication abilities to connect with clients and colleagues alike. Personable and Energetic Demeanor: Exhibit a warm, enthusiastic, and approachable personality that makes clients feel welcomed and valued. Goal-Oriented: Experience in setting and achieving sales targets, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet or exceed sales goals. Genuine Passion for Wellness: Possess a sincere interest in health and wellness, aligning with the BODY20 mission and values. Strong Organizational Skills: Showcase your ability to stay organized and follow up effectively to ensure a seamless customer experience. Proficient Computer Skills: Be comfortable using computers and various software applications to manage sales data, customer information, and daily operations. Professionalism: Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, which is crucial in the service industry. Firsthand BODY20 Experience: Engage in 1-2 BODY20 sessions per week to gain a deep understanding of our workout, enabling you to effectively communicate its benefits to clients. Our innovative approach combines personalized training with advanced EMS technology to deliver a comprehensive 100% body workout that is both efficient and effective. Compensation: $15.50 - $21.00 per hour Most people know you only use 10% of your brain. But most don't realize you only use 30% of your body. BODY20 is here to change that.
