- Member Experience & Engagement
- First impressions: Provide a welcoming, informative, and high-energy experience for every person who enters the gym
- Member integration: Follow up with new members after enrollment to ensure they are utilizing the club and meeting their fitness targets
- Brand ambassador: Represent the UFC GYM brand with authenticity and passion in the club and the local community
- Operations & Teamwork
- Collaboration: Work closely with the coaching and operations teams to ensure a seamless "hand-off" for new members
- Data integrity: Accurately track leads, guest data, and sales activity in the gym management system
- Club standards: Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment for all members and guests
- Experience: Strong understanding of sales practices; previous experience in fitness, retail, or hospitality is highly preferred
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse groups of people
- Technical: Basic computer proficiency and comfort using lead management software
- Traits: A self-starter with a "can-do" attitude who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Compensation: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
