Our agents become trusted members of the communities in which they serve and proudly keep our promise to make sure that premiums paid here, stay here to keep Wisconsin strong. $42,000 - $48,000 Base Salary; PLUS Commissions and Bonuses and a $2,000 signing bonus Responsibilities: • Design and implement effective marketing strategies to sell new insurance policies or adjust existing ones • Contact potential clients and create rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc. • Evaluate and analyze the needs of business or individual customers and sell the suitable protection plans across multiple lines of business • Conduct needs-based customer policy reviews • Stay abreast of insurance industry and company protocols and policy changes to ensure fulfillment of all policy requirements, all while providing superior customer service • Keep sales databases, customer records, and related organizational tools current to accurately report progress of marketing and sales efforts • Capitalize on client cross sale and retention opportunities Qualifications: • Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving financial success • Skilled at networking and committed to the community in which you work • High level of integrity with a track record of showing consistency between words and action Compensation: $42,000 - $48,000 Base Salary PLUS Commission & Bonuses
