Are you a passionate and qualified Social Worker looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in your community? PE Global Healthcare are seeking a dedicated professional to join a growing team in Tipperary, supporting individuals, families, and communities to achieve positive outcomes and improved wellbeing. What You'll Do Assess the needs of individuals, children, families, and vulnerable adults. Develop and implement person-centred care and support plans. Provide advocacy, guidance, and crisis intervention where required. Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, community organisations, and external agencies. Maintain accurate case records and reports in line with professional standards. Promote safeguarding, social inclusion, and positive outcomes for service users. What We're Looking For Qualification in Social Work recognised in Ireland. Registration with the relevant professional body. Excellent communication, assessment, and relationship-building skills. Eligible to work in Ireland is necessary. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team. Full driving licence and access to transport desirable.
