Position OverviewWe're seeking enthusiastic, self-driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our growing team. As an SDR, you'll proactively generate leads, perform cold outreach, and set up qualified meetings with prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct cold calls and emails to engage prospective clients.
- Schedule and confirm a minimum of 5 qualified meetings per week.
- Represent Tavrn professionally at industry conferences (1025% travel required).
- Maintain detailed records of interactions using our CRM platform.
- Collaborate closely with our sales team to ensure seamless lead transitions.
- 02 years of experience in tech sales (or similar sales-related role).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly to industry events.
- Comfortable with cold calling and persistent outreach.
- Competitive compensation with an OTE of $100,000$120,000 (placement within range based on experience and qualifications).
