ENT MA - Seattle / Renton / Bothell, WA **This is a TEMP TO HIRE position, available to LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY. MA-C is preferred, but will accept MA-R with previous clinical experience if necessary.** - Start Date: ASAP - Contract Length: 13 weeks - Shift: 4x9.5hr Days, 0745-1730
***Monday shifts will be at First Hill clinic (FIRST HILL: 1101 Madison Street, Suite 301, Seattle, WA 98104) ***Tuesdays OFF // Can pick up hours with other providers if desired ***Wednesday shifts will be at First Hill OR Renton clinic (RENTON: 1801 Lind Avenue SW, Renton, WA 98057) // Alternating based on provider need ***Thursday shifts will be at Bothell OR Renton clinic (BOTHELL: 1909 214th Street SE, Suite 300, Bothell, WA 98021) // Schedule alternates ***Friday shifts will be at First Hill clinic - Years of Experience REQ: At least 6 months of experience working as an MA, preferably in an adult outpatient, pediatric, or private clinic. ENT experience is REQUIRED. - First-Timers Accepted: Yes - Weekend REQ: No; Schedule is Monday - Friday, with Tuesdays OFF - Certs REQ: BLS - Is on-call REQ? No - Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes, between clinics within skillset (see schedule above) - Open to accommodating block schedule? No - Locals Accepted: Yes; Considered "local" within 50 mile radius, will accept locals at the same rate -- LOCALS ONLY - Pending License Accepted: Will accept MA-R (with previous clinical experience), but MA-C is preferred - RTO Restrictions: Confirm with hiring manager - Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off traveler UP TO 1 shift per pay period (every 2 weeks) SPECIAL NOTES - Candidate is expected to have reliable transportation (NOT PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION) as they will be expected to float between clinics throughout the week. - Candidate is expected to have no additional scheduling restrictions. All travel pairs will be required to have their own transportation. - Candidate must have MA experience and good with computer skills/EMR as scribing during visits is part of their tasks. - This is a TEMP TO PERM opportunity. - If hired full time at the end of the contract, a travel stipend and clinic scrubs will be provided. HOSPITAL HIGHLIGHTS - Type of Facility: General (ENT) - Charting: EPIC (experience preferred but not required) - Attire / Scrub Color: Blue JOB TITLE TAGS DEFINITIONS: Temp to Perm (LOCALS ONLY) The job is strictly for local candidates within a 50-mile radius. No travelers accepted. Temp-to-perm is a required expectation. 50-mile radius rule applies. Temp to Perm (LOCAL + TRAVEL) Open to locals and local travelers just outside the 50-mile radius. True travelers are not eligible. Conversion to perm is expected. LOCALS ONLY The role prefers local candidates, with a strong focus on eventual perm placement. Temp-to-perm is not mandatory but is the ideal outcome. 50-mile rule applies. LOCAL + TRAVEL The job accepts local candidates, local travelers, and true travelers.
