Sr. Engineering Program Manager in La Crosse, WI. This role will be based on-site at our La Crosse facility.
What you will do:
Oversees the development and implementation of manufacturing processes to maintain proper production functionality as well as cost efficiency.
Offers an opportunity to utilize one’s technical manufacturing as well as program/project management skills.
Manages plant transitions while driving best manufacturing practices across the business.
This role will represent Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Operations in the various stages of the process by influencing designs for manufacturability, cost, and quality.
This position offers and demands monthly executive exposure
Ensures the engineering team works cohesively with all other departments.
Reviews, evaluates and implements engineering changes and specification/code requirements.
Manages staff in the day-to-day performance of their duties.
Possesses extensive expertise and knowledge in manual and automated metal manufacturing processes involving machining, welding, fabrication, assembly, automation and testing.
What you will bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
Minimum 5 - 8 years of experience in manufacturing and/or quality engineering
Project management experience and process improvement experience
Prior leadership and/or supervisory experience in a manufacturing + automation + test environment of at least 3 years.
Preferred proficiency with MATLAB, Tableau, Windchill, Creo, Minitab, and Microsoft Applications
Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:
